Role of the IERM:

1. Providing networking opportunities to meet, share best practice, collate input and disseminate relevant information.

2. Lobbying government, politicians, industry and stakeholders to influence and be recognised as the experts in this field.

3. Taking an active leadership role in the industry.

4. Influencing, facilitating and promoting Training and Development.

5. Promoting and co-ordinating Research Projects.

6. Maintaining and creating International Alliances.
