4^th WORLD ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION CONGRESS

2^ND July 2007 – 06^th July 2007

This is the first time that the World Environmental Education Congress comes to Africa, and we are delighted to be hosting the WEEC 2007 Congress as it comes at a time when there are calls for revisiting our teaching and learning in and beyond the classroom. As responsible business and industry; government; researchers; practitioners and policy makers we need to ensure that we contribute to the values and goals of sustainability and what better place than to exhibit at our exhibition.

This provides an opportunity to showcase your contributions to environment sustainability and decade of education for sustainable development.

The WEEC 2007 Congress will be held at the world renowned International Convention Centre, in the heart of Durban. This venue has successfully hosted a number of International exhibitions and conferences and is of exceptional standard, ensuring that all exhibitors’ requirements are met.

The Exhibition component of the event will provide an extensive showcase for all environmentally orientated companies and organizations to promote their services, products and technologies at the premier environmental conference in Southern Africa

Maximum exposure for exhibitors has been carefully planned and lunches and teas being held in the Exhibition Hall. Furthermore, entertainment will be presented in the exhibition area to ensure that delegates are drawn to the area to spend time and network. All this is being arranged in an effort to make sure that you, the exhibitor, have maximum exposure.

We invite you and your organization to participate in this exciting event as an exhibitor.

The Exhibition will open on Tuesday, 3 July 2007 at 10h30am

There are 106 stands available, each measuring 3m x 3m.

Standard Stand includes the following:

·        3m x 3m Shell Scheme

·        Fascia board with company or organisation name

·        1 x Plug point

·        1 x Light

·        1 x Trestle table and a chair

·        One full delegate registration for the Congress (sessions/ meals / functions)

·        The venue is fully carpeted

The cost of a standard stand is R20 520.00 per stand (inclusive of 14% VAT).

Any additional exhibitors wishing to participate would need to register as a delegate.
 
Anchor Block Stand includes the following:

·        Four 3m x 3m Shell Schemes

·        4 Fascia boards with company or organization name (one per stand)

·        4 x Plug points (one per stand)

·        4 x Lights (one per stand)

·        4 x Trestle table and a chair (one each per stand)

·        Six full delegate registrations for the Congress (sessions/ meals / functions).

·        The venue is fully carpeted

The Anchor Block can only be bought as 4 units, and the cost is R 120 000.00 (inclusive of 14% VAT).  These high profile blocks for maximum exposure are clearly highlighted in blue on the attached floor plan.

Any additional exhibitors wishing to participate would need to register as a delegate.

The Conference Company will be organising and co-ordinating the exhibition on behalf of the WEEC 2007 Congress Organising Committee.
