Concern at eThekwini shake-up

Several municipal officials have questioned the reasons behind the restructuring within the eThekwini Municipality. They say the decision will result in the splitting of two departments, will create more bureaucracy, won't deal with the real issues and won't improve service. The plan was presented by Municipal Manager, Michael Sutcliffe at the end of July.
